Fantaroc GMT

The top versatility is in the MODULAR version, that is the “MODULAR FANTAROC GMT”, where on each single module it is possible to produce different types of yarns.

This allows significant economic advantages in the management of samples and/ or small productions, without the need to make warehouse storage.

The working modes are:

  • One hollow spindle (one binding) and collection on cone(FANTAROC-FC1 mode).
  • A hollow spindle (one binding) and collection on tube with the ring dock system for a softer reopened yarn (FANTAFILO mode).
  • Two hollow spindles (two bindings) with possible yarn stabilization and collection on cone(FANTAROC mode).
    – With this mode it is also possible to produce covered yarns with simple or double spiral.
  • Application of needle heads, mounted on the upper and/or lower stage for the production of webbing, cut yarns or chained yarns fed by yarn or sliver with collection on cone (SPIKEROC mode) or on tube (SPIKEFILO mode).
  • Single spindle with ring system and tube for direct spinning of fibers only (FANTASPIN mode).

Through PC Touch Screen you can enter and save all the work data and technical parameters of the final yarn and control the machine’s funcionalities.

The PLC manages the precise execution of the data, ensuring the exact speed of the axes in a millesimal measure with exceptional results on the quality of the effects of the final product. Extremely easy to enter and edit general and specific data (up to 1000 steps) in a step-by-step or quick mode. Diagnostics for the detection of the state of the machine
